MBA Project creates “Freedom 3-Pack” with Stop, Breathe & Think app


Program Director Micah Anderson has teamed up with the Stop, Breathe & Think app to create the “Freedom 3-Pack,” which is now available for download. Micah’s guided meditations focus on learning how to work with distractions, slowing the mind, and fostering self-forgiveness. Having worked with hundreds of youth in Bay Area juvenile halls and continuation schools, Micah guides listeners through an experience grounded in the MBA Project’s 15 years of mindfulness meditation delivery.

The “Freedom 3-Pack” provides an opportunity for youth involved in MBA Project programs to continue and deepen their practice outside the classroom and juvenile hall. We are excited to offer the youth we serve—as well as people from all ages and backgrounds—the opportunity to find peace of mind, wherever they might be.

The Stop, Breathe and Think app is a free mindfulness, meditation and compassion-building tool that is simple, fun and easy to use. As the winner to the 2015 Webby People’s Voice Award for Health & Fitness, the Stop, Breathe and Think app has had over 2,000,000 downloads.
