A message from Noah Levine

As a teenager, Co-founder Noah Levine was incarcerated repeatedly. After learning mindfulness meditation instruction, he took the simple breath awareness instructions to his cell and started paying attention to his breath. For the first time, he learned that he didn’t have to obey his mind.

Meditation transformed Noah, and after practicing it for over five years, he wanted to equip other at-risk youth with the same tool that helped him. The MBA Project continues to bring simple breath awareness instructions to incarcerated youth through a clinical, evidence-based approach.

We believe that youth deserve the tools to find freedom within. In order for incarcerated and at-risk youth to have access to those tools, we need your support this holiday season. We’ve raised $5,200. With $9,800 left to meet our $15,000 year-end goal, we hope you will join us. We can’t do it without you.
